Montgomery Music Project believes that all children deserve access to the power of music and everything that comes with a music education. Children who play musical instruments develop teamwork, focus, communication, confidence, positive self-esteem, critical thinking, long-term goals, and best of all, a lifelong love for music and the arts. Studies also show that children who play instruments perform better in the school classroom and on standardized tests.
