Attending Concerts

Please arrive early!
All concerts begin at the stated time. Late arriving patrons will not be seated until a suitable break in the music as determined by the Conductor. In some works there is no suitable break in the music and late comers may not be seated until intermission.

Quiet Please!
Late arriving patrons are reminded to speak softly while waiting in the lobby. In consideration of others, those leaving before the end of the concert are asked to do that between pieces.

Cameras, Cell Phones and Pagers
The use of cameras or recording devices is prohibited at MSO concerts. Patrons wearing paging devices or alarm watches are requested to turn them off or to silent mode before entering the hall.

Smoking
Smoking is permitted only outside the theatre.

Refreshments
Beverages are available in Whitley Hall during intermission at the Davis Theatre concerts. The Davis Theatre respectfully reminds patrons that food and drink are not allowed in the theatre lobby.
