MSO Season Opens October 8, 2007

The Montgomery Symphony Orchestra opens "The Maestro's Season" on Monday, October 8 at 7:30 p.m. The concert, to be held at the Davis Theatre in downtown Montgomery, will welcome new Violin Fellow Sun-Young Gemma Shin to the Montgomery stage. Katerina Juraskova, 2006-2008 Cello Fellow, will perform as well.

Violin Fellow to Launch 2007-2008 Recital Series

Works by Grieg, Beethoven, Sinding and Wieniawski will be on the program for the first Fellowship Recital of the 2007-2008 season. The opening concert will feature Sun-Young Gemma Shin, 2007-2009 Violin Fellow and MSO Concertmaster, in recital in the Wilson Auditorium of the Montgomery Museum of Fine Arts.
