The Trawick Players program was established in 2000 by Mrs. Patricia Trawick Guest to honor the memory of her late husband, Dr. Zack Trawick, who was the MSO's beloved Principal Viola. His performances and dedication contributed to Montgomery's musical scene for many years.

A partnership with the Montgomery Area YMCA, the Y's Goodtimes Program and the Cultural Arts and Education Center at the Cleveland Avenue YMCA has provided a nurturing setting for the Trawick Players around the city.
