Maestra Yvonne Collins
Maestra Yvonne Collins is serving in her 20th season as Conductor of the Montgomery Youth Orchestra, a project of the Montgomery Symphony League. Thanks to her dedication and inspiration, many MYO members have gone on to win statewide orchestral competitions and scholarships to our most prestigious colleges and universities.

A native of Chattanooga, Maestra Collins has been involved with youth and community orchestras for nearly 30 years. Both a violinist and pianist, she is also the MSO's Principal Second Violin.

Mrs. Collins is an active chamber musician musician and founding member of Joyeux Musique, a local string trio. She attended Tennessee Tech University, where she studied conducting with Robert Jaeger.
