Youth and Education
The Montgomery Music Project (MMP) and the Montgomery Youth Orchestra (MYO) are two cornerstone education programs of the Montgomery Symphony Association, nurturing the next generation of musicians across central Alabama. MMP provides high-quality string instruction to young students in a supportive, community-centered environment, while MYO offers advanced ensemble experience for middle and high school musicians through weekly rehearsals and public performances. Together, these programs foster musical excellence, personal growth, and a lifelong appreciation for the arts.
